Perfect weather greeted Marist indigo as the travelled to Kaleen to play the Wests Rockets on Friday night. There was no toss because Lawrence Pace (our captain for the day) was still getting changed so wests just chose to bat to save time.

Saxon & Will opened the bowling and picked up 4 quick wickets leaving them at just 8 runs of 4 overs. The bowling was backed up by great pressure in the field leading to Jarvis getting two catches. The next to bowlers swiftly cleaned up the remaining wests leaving them at 29 all out of just 9 overs with Ethan taking the last wicket.

Lachie and Saxon played cautiously to keep out the wests strike bowler. They then went on the attack and chased down the required runs in the fifth over. Indigo is looking as great as ever  and there willing to keep the winning steak and unbeaten title in their pocket.
