Under hot conditions again Marist lost the toss and were sent into bat. Christian and Wilson got got the innings off extremely well, both retiring at 30 balls faced, setting light up again for another great innings. Runs were extremely difficult as Curtin's outfield was extre slow, so running between the wickets, and sneaking singles was key,

Arjun again, came out firing whacking 29 off 25 agonisingly close to his 30 balls. Vivaan was another solid batter, getting to 30 balls, and was a pest to the bowlers, who didn't go close to taking his wicket and solidly digging in.

Will F came in at no 8, and was superb, hitting .a very handy 25 runs before retiring with some delighful shots of his hip and hitting the bowlers all over the ground.

Light's bowlers started beautifully, With Ernest taking 3 of his 4 wickets off his first two overs and finishing with 4 for the match. Lights pressure fielding also keeping Gininderra batters at bay on a slow outfield. Ernest was everywhere also taking a sensational catch off Christian's first over. He was extremely unlucky not to get his 5th scalp, Sourav also taking an amazing catch.

Christian and Arjun then paired up to finish the innings off with a cool, panic free runout for the last wicket. Big thanks to Saxon who filled in for Light this week as well, who seemed tvery at home in graded cricket and was extremely economical with 1/3 off 3 overs. and was undefeated after 11 balls & very solid with the bat. Well done Saxon.
