Marist started strongly with the ball, reducing ANU to 6/50 in the first 15 overs. A resilient partnership from ANU then forced Marist to stay patient, with the final two wickets eventually falling in the 24th and 30th overs.

It was an excellent team bowling performance, highlighted by conceding only 15 extras, a new team record. Kalum, Evander and Noah each claimed two wickets.

Chasing a modest target, Marist remained composed. Taking full advantage of a quick outfield, they reached the required 103 late in the 14th over. Congratulations to both Kalum and Cholan, who each struck five boundaries.
