A great team performance to start the season!

After a scorching start with the ball, Marist S2 Navy bowled their opponents out for just 50 in the 20th over. Special mention to Noah Doyle who broke a bail with an absolute jaffa!

Having spent the week focused on fielding, the team showed what they'd been working on - chasing down potential boundaries and taking some sharp catches.

With a slow outfield to contend with, the boys had to earn their runs - and did just that, reaching the target in the 12th over. Well done to Will Costigan and Cholan Tharmarajah who both managed to find the boundary in tough conditions.
