After winning the toss and choosing to field, the team showed they were there to play a great game of cricket. And what a game it was! They definitely gave all the spectators a treat. Wickets went tumbling, run outs were scored, catches were taken and an epic display of fielding. We had Jamie and William on hat tricks, great keeping skills from Remy, direct hits at the stumps from Hayden and Jamie and amazing catches by Hayden. We were all on the edge of our seats with such a great game.

After the innings break, Navy were in a good poition. They needed to bat well, hold their wickets and communicate with each other. That they did! The team played some wonderful shots and ran well between the wickets. Wests showed some great skills in the fields but Navy controlled the game comfortably until the end.

The boys were pleased with their win and celebrated with a sausage sizzle at the end. It is great to see their last games of the season displaying the skills they have been mastering throughout the season.
