A long game, but a good one for the Royals. After winning the toss and opting to bat, quite a few of the players got amongst the runs. Ned M picked up where he left off on Tuesday to hit 48* (making it 90 not out for the week), Dimitri found form with an impressive 51*, and there were great contributions from Hunter (17), Angad (25*), Tom (32*), and Ned S (22*) to get us to 258 for the innings, our highest score for the season.

Chip put on the keeping gloves for the first time, but looked like he's been keeping for years (some great takes down leg side), and our fielding standards were great again, especially in the heat. Wickets to Harvey (1/12), Ned M (1/10), Ned S (1/13), Tom (1/12) and Jobe (1/10) ensured Tuggeranong didn't get anywhere near our total despite some resilient batting.
