Batting - Finn A (27), Austin F (24), Nathan K (17)

Bowling - Austin F (2/8), Rupert L (2/10)

This week saw the Marist Stars show exemplary sportsmanship against a verbal and confident opposition. Solid cricket and support for teamates saw the boys represent Marist with pride and walk away with a solid win.

Some stellar performances with the bat at either end of the innings by Finn and Austin F made sure a solid total was set for the opposition. Solid cover driving by Nathan and attaking batting from Rupert added some good runs to the target.

Austin F and Rupert led the way with the ball with 2 wickest each, with Finn, Nathan, Zayn and Austin G all chipping in with a wicket.

The standout improvement this week was fielding across the team. A much improved performance made runs for the opposition off the bat hard to come by.
