A full-strength Stage 2 Teal team braved the predicted storms to play Wests Wizards at Kaleen on Friday afternoon, coming away with a win after a nail-biting last two overs.

Longer grass in the outfield robbed several batters on both teams of fours. Several of our boys retired not out and were eligible to return later in the innings, with Sam D having the best strike rate overall.

Our bowlers kept their nerve until the end of the match with Lachlan G bowling out a strong Wests batter in the second last over. The wickets were shared amongst the bowlers this week, with another stand out being a caught-and-bowled for Nick C.
