Playing at Duffy oval, or should we call it a Sheep paddock, Marist was up to bat first at the helm of Captain Tom.

Everyone contributed with the bat, with a notable 23 run performance by Conor Casey. Ollie Henry had his best knock of the season so far, in a strong opening partnership with Ben Van de Meeberg. The team played with intent, had strong running between the wickets with plentiful fours.

In the field, Conor Casey took an amazing caught and bowled and overall got 3 wickets. Wickets were also taken by Tom, Hayden and Ollie. Tom and Ollie were safe hands with the gloves, saving runs and helping to take wickets.

Special shout out to our fill ins Will and Hayden who contributed runs, wickets and energy!

Today was also a special milestone game for two players. Conor Casey hit 10 wickets and Ethan Parry marked 100 runs so far this season. Congrats boys!
