Daramalan White won the toss and elected to put Marist Indigo in to bat first. Marist Indigo began their innings well, with consistent contributions from the whole team. The batsmen showed good composure and teamwork, resulting in a solid total of 4/129 at the end of the 20 overs.

Daramalan White started the second innings strongly and looked likely to chase down the target. However, momentum shifted when Cooper took a wicket on the final ball of the opening over. Saxon then made a significant impact, taking 4 wickets for 0 runs in his two overs, putting strong pressure on the batting side.
