Our second last match was against St Edmund’s S1 White, on a bowlers pitch because you couldn’t predict how it bounced and it was good for bowlers swinging and spinning. Marist Thunder bowled first. I was keeper for the first ten overs, Sam did the other ten overs.

Lawrence scored two wickets, and Zy, Oliver, Jonno and I all scored one wicket, and it was my first and caught and bowled. They were very good batsmen and started strong. They ended up with 125.

I was lucky to open with Sam and we batted well, with Sam scoring 21 and Jonno topped the order with 29. We reached 166 although we won it was a very close and interesting match.

Thanks to coach and team, as I am lucky to play with Thunder because I joined in February.
