MCCCC families,

Commiserations to our boys who missed out on playing their T20 grand finals this week – rained out is always a let down. But congratulations to our victorious Colts Blue Div 3 T20 and Stage 2 Div 2 Light sides. Take nothing away from these table topping T20 premiers for their well-earned competition victories. Well done also to our First XI for their strong finishes to their season, semi-finalists in the T40 and runners up in the T20, pressuring their opponents all the way in all of their contests this season. Well done Stage 2 Div 1 Sky runners up in their T20 competition. Well done on a determined semi finish to Colts Div 2 Navy who fell just short and left nothing in the tank. It’s the end of storied and successful MCCCC careers for our senior boys, Tommy S, Abhy T, Plugga H, Noah B, Jarrod W, Tom J, Jackson H, Liam D, Charlie B, and Dom H. Thanks for all your efforts for MCCCC and best wishes for plenty more enjoyable days at the pitch in future. I hope we haven’t forgotten any of our seniors who graduate from their Marist careers. The game will be there for you to enjoy for decades to come so keep your hand in.

We are hoping the sun will be beating down on the weekends so we can cheer on our semi final teams.  Good luck on Saturday Stage 3 Div 1 Sky, Stage 2 Div Royal and Stage 2 Div 2 Light and to Stage 3 Div 2 Blue and Stage 3 Div 2 Light on Sunday. All our boys should be very proud of their seasons.

Don’t forget to put your award nominations in, and we hope to see everyone on presentation night on 24 March.
