Wet Weather Process

When it is raining or threatening to rain, the process is basically:
1) If sports grounds are closed by ACT Gov, everything in Canberra is off. This is listed on their site: https://actsportsgrounds.act.gov.au/home
ACT Gov usually update this about 7-730am every morning, so includes weekdays and weekends. QPRC manage all Queanbeyan and Bungendore grounds, so games could be on in Queanbeyan, but cancelled in Canberra. https://www.qprc.nsw.gov.au/Facilities-Recreation/Parks-Playgrounds-Sportsgrounds
2) CACT may declare the round abandoned if the weather is there is dangerous or poor (usually thunderstorms for lightning) but this is rare. A post will be made into the Clu7b's WhatsApp Announcements channel if that occurs, as soon as we can.
3) Everything else is a game-by-game situation as north might be pouring but south fine etc. Coaches are to decide if anything is dangerous to play. If a team doesn’t show up to the ground, the other team can claim a forfeit.
